QUOTE

All action UFC welterweight, Chris “Light’s Out” Lytle put himself in line for another of the promotions performance bonuses, pulling off an impressive knee bar submission early on in the first round to defeat the tough Brian Foster in Sydney, Australia.

Both men started out the fight happy to stand and trade, but it soon hit the ground and Lytle quickly got the upper hand, taking hold of a leg. The knee bar was applied and soon had Foster tapping out, forcing the referee to step in and end the contest.

Lytle adds to his “Fight of the Night” win over Kevin Burns from back in June, using his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt to great effect this time out to register back-to-back wins. As for Foster, he will have his back against the wall when he returns to the octagon for his next fight having lost two of his last three fights.
